Nominating Committee/Committee on Representation
The Committee on Representation of Whitewater Valley Presbytery ensures that the leadership and decision-making bodies of the Presbytery reflect the rich diversity of our congregations and community. This committee works to promote inclusive representation across lines of race, gender, age, and experience, in accordance with the principles of equity and justice in the PC(USA).

Permanent Judicial Committee and Investigating Committee
The Permanent Judicial Commission of Whitewater Valley Presbytery is responsible for addressing disciplinary matters within the Presbytery, ensuring fairness and accountability in accordance with the Book of Order. This commission acts as a judicial body when formal proceedings are required, upholding the principles of justice and reconciliation in the life of the church.

The Investigating Committee is appointed as needed to respond to allegations of misconduct or other disciplinary concerns. This committee conducts preliminary inquiries to determine whether charges should be filed, always operating with confidentiality, integrity, and a commitment to the well-being of all parties involved.​​
