
Board of Directors Commission
The Board of Directors Commission of Whitewater Valley Presbytery fulfills the legal and corporate responsibilities for the orderly functioning of the Presbytery as a non-profit organization. This includes managing property transactions, legal affairs, and the corporation fund in alignment with the Presbytery’s mission and the policies of the PC(USA). Acting on behalf of the Presbytery in corporate matters, the Board ensures that resources are stewarded wisely to support and sustain ministry across the region.
