Commission on Ministry

The Commission on Ministry (COM) of Whitewater Valley Presbytery serves as a vital connection between congregations, pastors, and the Presbytery. COM supports healthy pastoral relationships, guides congregations through times of transition, and ensures that ministers are well-equipped and cared for in their service. The Commission works with churches in areas such as calling new pastors, dissolving pastoral relationships, and fostering congregational vitality. Through its work, COM seeks to nurture healthy, Spirit-led leadership and bold communities of faith across the Presbytery.
