Fort Wayne--Grace P.C.Worship: We are livestreaming our worship on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/GracePresbyterianChurchFortWayne) and Zoom (meeting link: https://zoom.us/j/9712063468), and then posting edited versions (condensed service, sermon, good music) to our YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6ZKCoiZFRQPplGcRlfS2TA). We will be having communion on April 5th, April 9th, and April 12th using the technology we have.
Connection: I am currently hosting a coffee hour on Tuesday mornings, book study on Wednesday evenings, and currently looking for more opportunities to connect. Church Running: we are hosting conference calls for session meetings and will likely do that for other committee and deacon work. Unique: We are looking at going a bit old-school and providing DVDs of the worship service for our older members who do not have the experience with technology to make our current worship a meaningful experience for them. Don’t know if that’s unique, but it’s something. |
